Payment Options
We only require a deposit to secure your holiday (normally £200) then the balance of your holiday price paid at least 60 days prior to your departure. You may prefer to pay this balance in one go or by instalments (see Standing Orders).

Direct Bank Transfer Payments You can pay directly into our bank account by electronic transfer. It is important that you quote your Booking Reference number and name as your reference, as this will enable us to allocate the payment correctly. We’ll credit your booking what we receive in our account so, if there are any, please allow for your bank charges. For our bank details please email us at accounts. Once the payment is sent it'd be helpful if you could let us know by email. A great way to budget & pay by instalments. You just instruct your bank & they do the rest (normally no charge). You pay a set amount that suits you, at regular intervals that suit you (say on the 1st of the month) based on the amount left to pay on your holiday, how long before you are due to go and how much you want left to pay. Please contact us and we will send you our Standing Order Mandate complete with our bank details. A standing order is not the same as Direct Debit. Standing orders involve your bank sending the money to our account. A direct debit we would control claiming the money from you. There is no extra work for you, the advantage is that you retain control and only you can decide to change the amounts you pay, not us! Debit, Credit & Charge Cards We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Switch, Discover & Solo cards. Please call our office with your card details and include your Booking Reference so that we can allocate the payment correctly. We will require the card number, issue & expiry date, card security number, name on card and address where the card is registered. Unfortunately due to the additional costs of processing them payment by credit card are subject to a 2% process fee. This fee is passed on by H2O to the card payment processors directly. To avoid the service fee you may prefer to pay by debit card, direct bank transfer or send a cheque and save some money to spend while you're away. Your cheque or bank draft should be made payable to 'H2O Active Travel’. It is important that you quote your Booking Reference number and name on the reverse of the cheque, along with the type of payment you are making, for example "Balance + Insurance" in order that it finds the right home. mailing address
Please do not send post-dated cheques as these can not be accepted. We can accept bank transfer payments in either US dollars or Euros but must ask that you ensure that you allow for all bank charges when making your payment. Please contact us and we will give you a price in your chosen currency and send you details of our Dollar (US$) or Euro Accounts. Cash Payments
Cash payments made over a bank counter incur charges to us and so we apply the 2% process fee to these payments We can accept cash payments when presented to us in person to our office. Cash should not be posted to us, either through the postal system or through our door. We cannot be held responsible for cash being lost in this way. We ask that you use one of the other payment methods if possible. |
