Special Requests

On many of our scheduled airlines, and increasingly on charters aswell, we are able to pre-book your seats. Pre-bookable seating ensures that all members of your party sit together on both your outward and return flights. Extra legroom seats are also possible but subject to availability and possible additonal charge. Airlines reserve the right to change seats even after confirmation and extra leg room seats are assigned subject to final discretion of check in staff.

On most scheduled flights outside Europe, meals and drinks are included in your holiday price. Charter flights offer a choice of hot and cold drinks, snacks and light meals which can be pre-booked at additional charge, on some routes it is a 'buy on board' catering service.

If you wish to order a special meal or to make seating requests please speak to us at the time of booking or call us after you have booked your holiday. Then also include details of these requests on your booking form. Please note that we generally need at least 48 hours notice prior to departure although we will try & assist even if notified within this time.
