Mu Koh Similan National Marine ParkA group of nine uninhabited granitic islands north west of Phuket the Similans are surrounded by clear waters and offer numerous dive sites with names like Fantasea Reef, Elephant Rock and Christmas Point. Diving here is a mix of colourful reef fish, schooling fusiliers, banner fish, hard corals, macro life and gentle currents. Contrasting with gigantic granite boulder swim throughs and brisk upwelling currents, ideal for large pelagic sightings.
